Yes. Kitchens typically run 4 to 6 weeks from demo to fit-off, and full home upgrades, decks, pergolas and outdoor rooms are priced room by room in one quote.
Often no. Cosmetic and like-for-like work such as bathrooms, kitchens and flooring is usually exempt development in NSW, and bigger jobs can often run as fast-tracked complying development (CDC) instead of a full DA. Structural, heritage or boundary work may need approval from your local council (Waverley, Randwick or Woollahra in the east).
